QUALITY AND STRENGTH
Manufactured from BHP Corrugated Blue Orb Steel, the ribs provide strength in the walls and are bolted together with 2 rows of 12mm bolts with a 250mm overlap. We only use galvanised bolts and our trusses are hot dipped galvanised.
HYDROLINER
All our tank liners are made in our own Rhino Tanks manufacturing factory and have been for over 15 years. Our specially trained liner fabricators use the latest welding techniques and state of the art machinery to produce liners of the highest quality. With no third party involved, it means we can control the quality of the whole product from start to finish.
The material is a quality reinforced multi-layered fabric which is laminated with polyethylene. Polyethylene is a very stable food grade material that complies with International and Australian Standards for drinking water. The material will not taste, stretch, shrink or crack.
20 YEAR WARRANTY
Every Rhino Tank sold comes with a 20-year serviceable warranty covering materials, quality of workmanship and the liner. Every 5 years a Rhino Tanks service agent will carry out an inspection and condition report. They will replace the anodes, clean the tank roof and clean or replace anything that needs attention.
